Log-hub is a Swiss supply chain analytics company on a mission to make supply chains smarter, faster, and more sustainable. This is far more than a traditional Customer Success role. Beyond supporting customers with the platform, you will work alongside them to solve real-world supply chain challenges, including network design, transportation optimization, demand forecasting, and other analytical use cases. Make every Supply Chain Apps customer remarkably successful. From the first onboarding session to each renewal, you will ensure customers reach value quickly, adopt the platform deeply, and keep coming back because Log-hub helps them make better decisions - as their trusted advisor and their strongest voice inside our company.
✔Lead customer onboarding. Take ownership of the handover from the Sales team and guide new customers through onboarding, ensuring they quickly realize value from the platform.
✔Turn business challenges into practical solutions. Understand each customer's supply chain needs and translate them into effective data models and optimization approaches across areas such as network design, transportation, inventory, forecasting, and other customer-specific use cases.
✔Build lasting partnerships. Maintain regular communication through success meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), monitor customer satisfaction using Net Promoter Score (NPS), and advocate for customer needs across the organization.
✔Drive customer growth and continuous improvement

You prepare accurate monthly and year-end accounts across our five legal entities and consolidate them into the Swiss parent - and you build a process robust enough to deliver them reliably within one week of month-end. Today it is spread across several countries, systems, and an external accounting partner, and we are bringing it into one in-house solution on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, going live on 1 January 2027. The implementation is supported by internal and external specialists, and we would like you on board as early as possible so you help shape the processes you will run.
✔ Prepare and deliver the monthly and year-end close across our five legal entities, within a process that reliably produces consolidated group accounts one week after month-end.
