Our flagship product, Supply Chain Apps, puts more than 40 optimization tools - from network design and route optimization to demand forecasting and CO₂ analysis - into the hands of supply chain teams, without the cost and complexity of traditional enterprise software. We are a close-knit, international team across Switzerland, Germany, Serbia, India, and the United States. This is far more than a traditional Customer Success role. Beyond supporting customers with the platform, you will work alongside them to solve real-world supply chain challenges, including network design, transportation optimization, demand forecasting, and other analytical use cases. Take ownership of the handover from the Sales team and guide new customers through onboarding, ensuring they quickly realize value from the platform. ✔ Turn business challenges into practical solutions. Understand each customer's supply chain needs and translate them into effective data models and optimization approaches across areas such as network design, transportation, inventory, forecasting, and other customer-specific use cases. ✔ Build lasting partnerships. Maintain regular communication through success meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), monitor customer satisfaction using Net Promoter Score (NPS), and advocate for customer needs across the organization. ✔ Drive customer growth and continuous improvement ✔ Strengthen customer relationships. Proactively monitor account health, identify and reduce churn risks, support renewals, and uncover opportunities for account expansion. ✔ Work closely with Product. Gather customer feedback and feature requests, collaborate with the CTO and development team, and keep customers informed about product improvements and release timelines. ✔ Partner across departments. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Marketing to deliver an outstanding customer experience while maintaining accurate customer documentation and account information. ✔ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Operations Research, or another quantitative discipline. ✔ Strong knowledge of supply chain management and logistics, with the ability to transform complex business requirements into practical analytical models. ✔ 3–5 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or Supply Chain Analytics, preferably within a SaaS, technology, or analytics environment. ✔ Experience managing customer projects and collaborating with international, cross-functional teams. ✔ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences and build strong customer relationships. ✔ Knowledge of operations research, mathematical optimization, or simulation techniques (such as linear programming, mixed-integer programming, or discrete-event simulation). ✔ Experience using Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. ✔ Hands-on experience with supply chain planning, optimization, or network design software. ✔ German language skills are desirable.
