One of Europe’s leading logistics events, the International Supply Chain Conference took place in Berlin, Germany, from October 19^th-21^th. This city was the center of gravity for logistics excellence, and Log-hub was once again a part of that global adventure!

The conference, organized by the German Logistics Association (BVL) was a diverse event with value-added benefits for more than 3000 participants. The know-how and know-who connected together in this prestige event. These three days of a memorable tour through the supply chain’s most significant innovations and news were a time to remember.

Our team was led by the representative of logistics expertise, the Log-hub CEO, Dirk Hanschur, and his team – Ritik Luthra, Kristina Stankovic, and Jovana Matejic, never failing to lead Supply Chain planners to improve their data-driven decisions by taking a first-class journey with our end-to-end supply chain optimization and best-in-class visualization products.

BVL Conference in Berlin was the perfect place to once again connect with Supply Chain Planners around the world, as well as with our dear partners. Our passionate logistic experts demonstrated our Supply Chain Solutions, including the newest addition to our Supply Chain Apps Portfolio – The CO2 Emissions App. This amazing sustainability tool is a product of our partnership with Pledge, making it possible for Supply Chain Planners around the world to level up their businesses by monitoring and reducing the carbon emissions of their shipments. We show amazing appreciation for sharing these days with Gerald Chifamba from Pledge, and making our partnership official, ready to fill the world with net zero heroes!

Besides the amazing Pledge team, we shared these amazing days with our partners from 3SC, strengthening the relationship and mutual values. Last but not least, we are showing profound appreciation to our team, Dirk Hanschur, Dirk Reich, Ritik Luthra, Kristina Stankovic, and Jovana Matejic, for their astonishing contribution to connecting Log-hub with the world.

The center of science, knowledge, and supply chain leading innovations is found in the Annual Conference of the Operations Research Society of Germany. The Conference took place at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), from 6 – 9 of September, 2022.

Scientists and researchers from all over the world were invited to join and contribute to OR 2022 with a focus on Energy, Information and Mobility. The conference provided a platform for scientists and researchers to discuss their work, create networking opportunities, share knowledge and experience, and interact with leading industry experts.

Besides our Co-CEO Jan Sigmund, and CTO Alexander Sigmund, Log-hub’s representatives at the conference were also amazing data engineers, Florian Brunner, and Jonas Sigmund. Our team has spent high-quality time spreading the Log-hub products’ philosophy and functionalities among many scientists and researchers from all over the world.

The topic of their performance were Supply Chain Optimization solutions, modeling languages and platforms, and the field of Software Applications and Modeling Systems. One more golden star in the sky of top experts is Prof. Dr. Stefan Nickel, one of the members of our Advisory Board, who is a part of the Organizing Committee.

Supply Chain Leaders are made with patience and dedication in order to gain the right tools for the upcoming challenges, trends, and opportunities. Log-hub is their constant companion on that road of growth to ultimate success!

Go for growth! This slogan is the main ambition of Log-hub team, and our colleagues from all around the world gathered around it on an amazing journey.

From May 10^th – 16^th our entire team met on Zlatibor, an exhilarating and outstanding mountain in Serbia. We spent these days showing that nature and science are an unsurpassed combination, creating a space for growth, knowledge, and fun.

The days at Zlatibor were fulfilled with amazing workshops and teamwork. Conference rooms, late nights under the sky full of stars, boats, or mountain tops – no place was out of limits when it came to brainstorming and sharing amazing ideas among the team members. Our ‘’Go for growth’’ workshops were focused on reaching out to many more Supply Chain planners around the globe, planning how to efficiently resolve their challenges, and increase customer satisfaction. The entire team also got a chance to attend our Advisory Board Meeting, which was the center of gravity for knowledge, brainstorming, and Supply Chain and Logistics expertise.

The slogan of our teambuilding was Go for growth, but also Go for drinks and amazing food, where we recovered the energy spent both on expressing outstanding ideas and exploring the amazing Zlatibor mountain. We hiked to the top, but only the strongest lasted to the end! Log-hub adventures were filled with an ancient train ride to Mokra Gora, as well as a boat tour to the wonderful and famous Uvac Canyon, one of the most attractive tourist destinations in Serbia.

We finished this unforgettable time on Zlatibor mountain with group games and exercise, strengthening the team spirit.

Before saying goodbye, we had a plain ride over the mountain, catching one last glimpse of its astonishing landscape. Growth was definitely a highlight of this trip, in terms of business, team, fun, bonding, and friendship.
