We’re looking for a Finance Associate to join our team in Belgrade and work closely with our CFO on building and developing finance operations across our international group.

Log-hub is an international supply chain technology company headquartered in Switzerland, with subsidiaries in Germany, Serbia, India and the United States. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking a hands-on approach and getting things done, whether you’re a recent graduate or have a few years of professional experience.
What Will You Do
You work directly with our CFO across the full finance agenda. Together we are building a new finance foundation for the group: bringing the accounting of all five entities in-house, onto one system — Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central — and into one set of consolidated accounts. You help design and build that landscape, and you take on growing ownership of the processes that run on it.
What You Will Do
✔ Work as the CFO’s hands-on partner: prepare analyses, decisions and board materials, and see them through to the result yourself rather than handing them on.
✔ Help establish consolidated accounting for all five entities — monthly closing, intercompany reconciliation and group consolidation.
✔ Help shape and build our finance system landscape on Business Central, including bringing accounting work that is currently done externally in-house.
✔ Contribute to the group’s rolling forecast and to the business plans of our country entities.
✔ Help develop our treasury management: cash visibility, liquidity planning and banking across five countries.
What We Are Looking For
✔ A strong academic background in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
✔ A sharp analytical mind and a genuine interest in accounting, finance and how a company really runs.
✔ A hands-on, proactive way of working: you take ownership, do the work yourself and follow it through.
✔ An outgoing personality — you are confident working with colleagues, auditors and partners across countries and cultures.
✔ Fluent English, our working language. German is a plus.
Additional Qualifications: Welcome, But Not Required
✔ First experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or another ERP system.
✔ Internships in accounting, audit, controlling or financial planning — especially exposure to consolidation or to bringing accounting in-house.
✔ Strong Excel skills; first steps in Power BI or process automation.
