As our Lead IT Consultant, you will develop the new methodologies and functionalities for our platform. Direct feedback from our customers will inspire you to improve our products every day. Log-hub is an engineering startup that builds its solutions on the newest technologies. We hire people with a broad set of technical skills who are ready not only to identify the problem but also to figure out the solution.
Responsibilities
- Development of customer-specific functions – 50%
- Selling Log-hub IT consultancy to new customers – 20%
- Selling Log-hub IT consultancy to existing app customers (upselling) – 20%
- Deputy of CEO duties – 5%
- Attract and coach additional IT consultants /expand consultancy – 5%
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. industrial engineering, statistics, applied mathematics or similar) or equivalent practical experience
- Azure Cloud (Azure VM’s, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Azure Functions) or equivalent cloud providers like AWS or Google
- Python (Anaconda distribution, especially in Pandas)
- Advanced SQL knowledge
- Microsoft PowerBI
- Ideally first experiences on the KNIME Data Science platform
- Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills in German and English
- Ability to build relations quickly and effectively
- Excellent team worker and motivator
- Excellent personal network with other IT consultants
- Ability to attract and coach additional IT consultants

- Home office 80%
- Customer location 15% (predominantly Switzerland)
- Office location 5% (Frankfurt, Schwyz, Belgrade)
