Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business prospects through lead generation and sales strategy development.
  • Foster and enhance relationships with current clients to drive account growth and bolster customer retention.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor actions to uncover potential business prospects and devise competitive strategies.
  • Engage in industry events and conferences to establish connections, acquire leads, and endorse company services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, for lead acquisition and nurturing.
  • Provide regular updates to management on sales performance, pipeline progression, and market insights.
  • Maintain precise sales records and furnish consistent sales forecasts to management. Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies like SaaS, and ongoing developments.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or Sales.
  • 3-7 years of sales experience (SaaS product for supply chain optimization or IT product is preferred).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and other sales tools.
  • Should be Flexible to work in US or CET shift.
