About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced candidate for vertical sales with expertise in sales of logistics services. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in these areas and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In this role, the sales manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through new business development and maintaining existing client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by prospecting and generating leads, developing sales strategies, and presenting company services to potential clients.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, for lead acquisition and nurturing.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor actions to uncover potential business prospects and devise competitive strategies.
  • Participating in industry events and conferences to build networks, generate leads, and promote company services
  • Communicating regularly with management on sales performance, pipeline development, and market insights
  • Maintaining accurate sales records and providing regular sales forecasts to management
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, as well as emerging technologies, such as SaaS products.
  • Managing objectives setting, training and performance of the growing sales team.

Qualifications/Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in general sales.
  • Experience in selling SaaS products for supply chain optimization, industry based, or IT product is preferred.
  • Preferred sales experience in industries like: Pharmaceuticals, Automotive, Electronics, Industrial manufacturing and Chemicals.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and other sales tools.
  • Flexible to work in CET or US shift as well.
