Now that we’ve stepped into 2026, it’s a good moment to look back at the year that kept everyone in the supply chain world on their toes.
2025 reminded us – again – that “steady and predictable” isn’t how global networks operate anymore. Between geopolitical shifts, climate-driven disruptions, rising sustainability expectations, and constant cost pressure, supply chains had to stay nimble.
But the biggest shift wasn’t the disruption itself. It was how companies approached it. Instead of reacting to fire drills, more organizations started designing for uncertainty. Optimization, scenarios, and smart decision-making moved from “nice to have” to non-negotiable. And that mindset shaped a lot of what Log-hub experienced last year.

Growing Alongside the Industry
As supply chain teams expanded their thinking, so did we.
In 2025, 14 new colleagues joined Log-hub, strengthening our capabilities across multiple departments.
Hiring wasn’t just about growth for growth’s sake. It gave us the expertise needed to help customers tackle harder planning questions in a world where complexity is now the norm.
Bringing Log-hub Closer to Global Supply Chains
Last year also marked a major milestone: We opened our US office, bringing us closer to customers solving challenges across North America. We were excited to welcome Jürgen Rahtz as Managing Director to lead this next chapter.
Our leadership team grew with Richard Groenenboom joining the Board of Directors, and we continued building our ecosystem through partnerships with Optano and AI Matics – a reflection of how important collaboration and integrated solutions have become.

A Not-So-Quiet Year for Human Connection
Even with AI, digital tools, and automation accelerating, 2025 reminded us how meaningful it is to connect face-to-face. Some of our favorite moments came from:
- Hosting our first Meet & Connect in Zurich,
- Catching up with customers and partners at TL Munich,
- Travelling together as a team, including our memorable trip to India.
Those experiences reinforced something simple but easy to forget: Supply chains run on people, not just models and algorithms.
Evolving Our Products for Real-World Decisions
As trade-offs got tougher – speed vs. cost, resilience vs. sustainability – our product lineup continued to grow.
In 2025, we launched:

Matrix Creator App

Advanced CoG App

Route Optimization Cockpit

Log-hub Docs

Training Center

AI Agent
As trade-offs got tougher – speed vs. cost, resilience vs. sustainability – our product lineup continued to grow.
In 2025, we launched:
Stepping into 2026
Looking back, 2025 wasn’t just defined by change – it was defined by adaptation.
The lesson we’re carrying forward is clear: the supply chains that succeed aren’t the ones that avoid disruption, but the ones designed to thrive when conditions shift.
With a growing team, closer global presence, new partners, and a fast-evolving product, we’re stepping into 2026 energized by what’s ahead.
Here’s to more smart planning, fewer last-minute spreadsheets, and a year filled with collaboration, clarity, and opportunities across the supply chain world.
Let’s make 2026 a resilient one.
