Log-hub & Miebach Meet & Connect: Industry Experts Exchange Insights on the Future of Supply Chain Design

Log-hub AG, in collaboration with Miebach Consulting, recently hosted the Log-hub & Miebach Meet & Connect event in Zurich, bringing together supply chain professionals, industry leaders, and practitioners for a day of knowledge sharing, discussion, and networking.

The event was designed as a focused, invite-only gathering, providing a space for open exchange on practical challenges and emerging topics shaping today’s supply chain landscape. The agenda featured contributions from Log-hub and Miebach Consulting, as well as a guest presentation from Gebrüder Weiss, adding a valuable practitioner perspective to the discussions.

Supply Chain Apps 6.0, presented by Jan Sigmund, CEO of Log-hub AG, showcased Log-hub’s expanded Supply Chain Apps portfolio, combining product-based network design, shipment flow optimization, and AI-supported analysis. The presentation highlighted how advanced optimization and AI agents help companies analyze scenarios faster, understand trade-offs, and make confident supply chain decisions under real-world constraints.

Transport Management, presented by Jochen Schühle, CEO of Miebach Consulting, focused on current challenges in transport operations and the importance of integrated, data-driven approaches. The presentation explored how companies can improve efficiency, resilience, and cost control by aligning transport management more closely with overall supply chain strategy.

AS-IS Network Simulation, presented by Milan Marjanovic, Head of Supply Chain Management Consulting at Gebrüder Weiss, offered a practitioner’s perspective on analyzing and understanding existing supply chain networks. The session demonstrated how simulation of the current state can reveal hidden inefficiencies and serve as a strong foundation for future optimization and redesign.
