Log-hub and Safran Awarded “Coup de Cœur” for Co-Construction at La Nuit de la Supply Chain 2025

Log-hub AG and Safran were honored with the Coup de Cœur Award in the Co-construction category at La Nuit de la Supply Chain, an annual flagship event organized by Republik Group that celebrates excellence and innovation across the supply chain ecosystem.

The award recognizes a three-year collaboration between Safran, one of the world’s leading aerospace and defence groups, and Log-hub, a Swiss provider of data-driven supply chain optimization solutions. More than a technology deployment, the project stood out for its spirit of co-construction, built on trust, shared problem-solving, and a joint commitment to designing smarter, more sustainable logistics networks. 

Over the course of the partnership, Log-hub became an integral part of Safran’s supply chain design and mapping journey. Together, the teams worked on large-scale network optimization initiatives, including the geocoding and flow mapping of more than 2,000 suppliers and customers, advanced scenario analysis, and the strategic placement of logistics hubs using Center of Gravity and Network Design methodologies. 

The collaboration delivered measurable results. By optimizing inbound and outbound logistics flows and introducing strategically placed cross-docks in Europe and the United States, Safran achieved significant efficiency and sustainability gains. Vehicle mileage was reduced by up to 60%, while CO₂ emissions and transport carbon intensity were reduced by approximately 30%, laying the groundwork for scalable, data-driven sustainability initiatives across the organization. 

Receiving the Coup de Cœur Award reflects not only the technical outcomes of the project, but also the way the partnership evolved. The teams took the time to challenge assumptions, compare scenarios, and align on long-term objectives, demonstrating how close collaboration between industry and technology partners can translate complex supply chain challenges into practical, impactful solutions.
