Low scores can result from incomplete or inconsistent address inputs. Verify that mandatory fields are filled and consider using the Address Correction feature to update the data.
How can I combine multiple map types on a single visualization?
Load each dataset sequentially, first Locations, then Relations, Areas, Routes, or Sea Routes. Use the layer management feature to adjust visibility and display order.
What do I do if the calculated distances seem inaccurate?
Verify that all mandatory address fields are correctly populated. Consider pre-geocoding addresses to ensure the latitude/longitude data is precise.
How do I choose the appropriate Administration Level?
Base your selection on the intended scope of your analysis. Use lower levels (e.g., Level 1 or 2) for broad regional strategies and higher levels (Level 4 or 5) for granular, localized planning.
What should I do if many customers appear in the “Customers without Mapping” table?
